                                  the structure of plasma membrane is very complicated. fluid mosiac model represented by singer and necolson according to them; there is a lipid bilayer in which proteins molecules are embeded in a fluid moasic manner.  when glucose molecules are attached with lipid it forms glycolipds and  when it attached with protiens it forms glycoproteins.
